House painters in Cardinia Lakes.
Cardinia Lakes was one of Pakenham’s first big estates, built out in the early 2000s. Those homes are now hitting their first full repaint cycle — tired interiors and render or weatherboard exteriors that have chalked, faded and cracked. It’s our single busiest suburb for interior repaints and exterior recoats.
The Cardinia Lakes repaint story.
Early-2000s estate, due for its first repaint.
The original builder paint on a 2002–2005 Cardinia Lakes home was a single economical coat — and 15–20 years of Cardinia’s cold wet winters and UV summers have worn it out. Inside, walls and ceilings look dull and marked. Outside, render has chalked and shows hairline cracks, and north and west-facing weatherboard has faded. This is exactly the work we do most: a full interior repaint and a render or weatherboard recoat.
Render is the dominant exterior here.
Most Cardinia Lakes facades are rendered. We rake out and fill the hairline cracks, then apply a crack-bridging acrylic membrane that flexes with the wall instead of cracking over it — the difference between a recoat that lasts a decade and one that peels within two winters. Eaves, fascia, gutters and the garage door are done at the same time so the whole front reads as new.
Whole-home refresh before selling.
With many original owners now moving on, the most popular Cardinia Lakes job is the whole-home refresh: interior, exterior and a roof coat in one project. One set-up, one access hire, a consistent scheme — and a home that shows beautifully. We stage it so you can keep living in the house throughout.
